In Madagascar Y, information sourcing processes and methodologies undertaken so far include an online survey conducted in the Urban area. Participants included both YMCA and non – Y youth. The next step will involve reaching out to youth in the rural areas so that all youth are involved. Both from urban and rural areas. The details of sessions held so far include:
1- The first training held on 4 August with young people from Youth Civic Center, which is a youth center for US Embassy in Madagascar (21 youth participants)
2- The second training held on 5 August with Antananarivo’s university’s students (42 youth participants)
3- The third training held on 10 August during the Madagascar YMCA National Executive Committee, an annual big meeting for all leaders from all YMCA Branches and clubs (34 people were present including a Board member)
